Grandma Susie (Fields) Toney and daughter Sally Vern Toney Davis Susan was the daughter Chief Seven Fields (AKA William Foster) and Sallie Guess (the daughter of Tessy Guess and the grand daughter of Sequoyah Guess). She was the wife of Levi Toney and the mother of 5 children.	Sally Vern Toney Sally was born 15 May 1895 in Canadian District, I.T., Oklahoma and died 8 Sept 1988 in Texanna, McIntosh, Oklahoma. She was the daughter of Levi Toney and Susan Fields. She was the wife of Thompson K. Davis and the mother of 8 children and loved her 6 step-children as she did her own. She was also a very accomplished Midwife for the entire area and assisted the births of hundreds of babies. Chances are that if you were born in the McIntosh or Muskogee area during those years, she was the one who was there.
Jess and his grand daughters Jess was born 17 Nov 1919 in McIntosh County, Oklahoma and died 5 Nov 1992 in Eufaula, McIntosh, Oklahoma. He was the father of 6 children with Jewel Tankersley and 2 children with Burnell Passmore. This is a picture of Jess with his grand daughters; Trudy, Glora Faye, Judy, Melody, and Tina.
